This page contains blog posts of my paddling trips along the Carmarthenshire coastline in West Wales. The Carmarthenshire coastline has some stunning scenery. It is dominated by estuaries since there are no fewer than four estuaries which flow into Carmarthen Bay, namely, the Loughor, the Gwendraeth, the Towy and the Taf. Since most of the Carmarthenshire coastline is relatively estuarine, it is dominated by tides and most of the paddles have to be planned around the tide times. I will blog posts explaining how we went about planning each of the trips that we have done where these for information such as land and launching locations, tidal information and points of interest.

CONTENTS 1. Date, Distance & Map of Route 27th August 2022. Launched from Laugharne at 17:15. Landed at St Clears at 19:15. 2 hours paddling. About 5.5 miles paddling.
