WALES COAST

This blog page contains blogs in relation to my circumnavigation around the entire 870 miles of the Wales Coast. I’m gradually paddling all of the sections of the Wales Coast which is a varied coastline with large tracts of it being very wild and unspoiled. This is quite a large undertaking given that my kayaking trips on the coast are usually between 6 – 10 miles. Paddling the entire coastline will therefore involve over 100 kayaking trips. While most of the coastline is relatively safe, there are a few areas where great care will need to be taken and a lot of planning done before paddling them.

This is a great adventure which is taking me to parts of the Wales Coast that I have not previously been to despite having lived in Wales for much of my life. Each new section of the coast I paddle is an adventure of discovery.
